Threw a hen party for my daughter yesterday, for the first time ever I decided to not do the catering myself, have never had someone else to do it. After speaking with Carole I felt reassured immediately that this was the way to go. Wanted an afternoon tea with tiered plates, Carole quickly sent me four menu options and allowed me to mix and match. Lovely choice, sandwiches and pastries, all pricing clear so I could work my budget. A guest was coeliac which was no problem for Carole.

Everything was delivered and set up for me beautifully, pretty vintage side plates, tea cups and saucers and all the crockery that goes with an afternoon tea. Amazing cakes also came including a wonderful gluten free one. Fresh scones with pots of jam and clotted cream in dainty china just completed the picture. Everyone loved everything! So pleased I found Parties To Go, my mum who used to cater for parties was really impressed with the variety and the wonderful presentation. Thank you very much.

Just to say a big thank you for making our party go so well. You and all your staff worked really hard, and our guests were all very impressed with the beautiful food, and standard of service. We could not fault a thing. Also thank you for clearing up after you, it was as though you had not been here.  It was lovely to be able to sit down last night, and not have to tidy up. When we celebrate again we are definitely coming back to you.

Firstly thank you so much for helping to make my birthday so special on Saturday night. I can’t tell you how delighted we both were with how it went. I really hadn’t known what to expect and, as you saw, it took a lot of effort on my part to let go and allow you to just get on with it (the kitchen is my domain!) But once I succumbed I relaxed and totally enjoyed it. The food was superb, very flavoursome and excellently served. Your ears must have been burning as we have all been singing your praises. Our friends all said how much they enjoyed it and how impressed they were by you and your colleagues. 

What really took me by surprise is the condition in which you left the kitchen. I had fully expected to have to get up Sunday morning, wash up all the glasses ready to take them back, and have a general clean up. Not the case at all – you had done everything except wash the last few glasses from the last stragglers (who finally left at 3.15am!) The last thing I expected was to see your colleague mopping the floor. I don’t think the kitchen has been that clean for quite a while – I was just so impressed. So thank you, once again, for everything. A thoroughly enjoyable and memorable evening.
